MILOSAO — Peoples & Cultures
MILOSAO is a Social Promotion Association founded in 2025 out of the experience of ASAL Student, an organisation active in Lecce in the fields of integration, youth participation and intercultural cooperation.
We promote values of solidarity, inclusion, mutual respect and peaceful coexistence, creating opportunities for encounter and collaboration between people of different cultural, social and geographical backgrounds.

Our activities grow from listening to the needs of people and territories. We work with young people, migrants, associations, schools, universities, institutions and local communities to turn differences into opportunities for shared growth.

Andronica, a European Princess
A film initiative on the figure of Andronica Castriota, a symbol of the ties between Albania, Italy, the Balkans and Europe. Cinema, historical research and international cooperation for a shared memory.
Albania: history, culture and independence
Initiatives dedicated to the history of Albania and its relations with Italy, bringing communities closer and strengthening dialogue in the Salento area.
Audiovisual storytelling workshops
Pathways for young people, students and citizens to tell the story of the territory, personal stories and cultural heritage through video, photography, podcasts and interviews.
Network
A network that unites territories and skills
We collaborate with associations, institutions, schools, universities, cultural organisations, professionals and migrant communities. Our network connects Salento with Albania, the Balkans and the Mediterranean.
